Project Overview

Saylani Alumni needed more than a static website. The product connects alumni identity, recruiter discovery, community interaction, and admin management into one scalable digital system.

The Challenge

Bridging The Gap Between Learning And Professional Growth

Although Saylani trained thousands of students, there was no dedicated platform to maintain connections, showcase talent, and create direct pathways between graduates and career opportunities.

Solution

Creating A Connected Ecosystem For Growth

We transformed the alumni experience into a structured digital platform where users can build professional identities, discover opportunities, connect with others, and create meaningful career journeys.

A System Built To Grow

We designed a scalable platform where students, alumni, recruiters, and administrators can access role-specific tools and experiences. The system creates a structured foundation for managing users, opportunities, and community activities while supporting future growth of the Saylani ecosystem.

One Connected Network

We designed a dedicated digital community where students, graduates, and professionals can stay connected beyond the classroom. The platform creates a space for networking, knowledge sharing, discussions, and meaningful interactions between members of the Saylani ecosystem.

A Bridge To Careers

We transformed the alumni network into a career-focused platform where graduates can showcase their skills and recruiters can discover trained talent. The experience connects skilled individuals with relevant opportunities through structured profiles and hiring workflows.

Process

From Research To A Scalable Product Experience

Our design process focused on understanding user needs, defining clear structures, creating intuitive flows, and developing a consistent visual system that supports the future growth of the platform.
